November has been a disaster for crypto Price (Glad it's almost over) - by @josediccus
A crypto market update focusing on October 2026, arguing that October was exceptionally bearish with BTC dropping toward 79k-80k and predicting a bullish reversal in November-December 2026. The author compares October to June/July dumps, speculates BTC could reach 90k by year-end, and suggests 2027 as a consolidation year. The post includes market sentiment, predictions, and a call for buying opportunities over the coming weekend, along with a note on adoption drivers and Hive/DHF as an example of project challenges.

XRP Whales Hold 68.5% of Supply at Highest Share Since November 2022 - by @leofinance

Splinterlands: Unlocked Modern Division 4 with Ultimate Loot!🔥

untilwelearn — Tue, 27 Oct 2026 12:59:30 GMT

For the past three days, I’ve been stuck in Division 5. I didn’t play a huge number of battles, mainly because I didn’t have enough energy. I’ve been using my in-game energy quite extensively this season, and it hasn’t really managed to fully recharge; in fact, for most of the days, it stayed below 20–25. While it’s true that I couldn’t play many battles in Division 5, every battle I did play was an attempt to break through to the next division, which proved to be quite a challenge. Toward the end, the struggle became so intense that I’d win one battle only to lose the next, making the process of unlocking Division 4 incredibly frustrating. But I still kept at it; after my contest posts on Sunday and Monday, I really wanted to write about unlocking Division 4 for the first time and, thankfully, I managed to achieve that late last night. 😎✌️

Just like before, unlocking each division grants you a bunch of rewards, referred to as 'loot.' Since this was my first time unlocking Division 4, I wasn't sure what kind of rewards would be included in its 'welcome loot.' Once unlocked, I discovered that this loot contains 5 Minor Chests and 3 Major Chests, along with 5,000 'Glints' as a division-unlock reward. And that’s on top of the Glints I already earned by winning games—getting an extra 5,000 Glints in the unlock loot is just—wow! By the way, I used both my legendary and alchemy potions to open all of these chests.

From the first 5 Minor Chests, I received 2 cards, along with 1 Legendary Potion Charge and 156 Merits. The cards include one Common and one Rare card. The Ranged Attack card, 'Magmaforged,' is upgraded to Level 4 in my deck; while its attack power remains 1, it now has 4 Health and 5 Speed. It also possesses a new ability called 'Pinpoint,' which grants 'True Strike' to allied cards that have the 'Sneak' ability. So, while this card might not be exceptionally powerful on its own, it can be used to great strategic advantage. Additionally, the Magic Attack card 'Withered Old Sage' is upgraded to Level 3 in my deck. Its attack power remains 2, but its stats now include 1 Armor, 3 Health, and 2 Speed. It also features the 'Void' ability, which reduces the attack power of incoming Magic attacks by 50%. While these cards may not seem very impressive at Level 1, they become significantly more powerful as they are upgraded to higher levels.

In addition to this, I received 480 Merits along with two common cards from three Major Chests. Both cards are excellent for 'Low Mana' battles, and the best part is that I already have both of them upgraded to Level 4. At Level 4, the 'Palimpsest Prophet' boasts 1 Melee attack power, 2 Armor, 3 Health, and 3 Speed, along with the 'Flying' and 'Charge' abilities. Meanwhile, 'Phlegmor' is also upgraded to Level 4 in my deck, featuring 1 Melee attack power, 1 Armor, 3 Health, and 2 Speed; it possesses the 'Sneak' and 'Strengthen' abilities. The 'Strengthen' ability is a game-changer for the entire team, as it grants +1 Health to every card on the team. Furthermore, I didn't just get single copies of these cards from the Major Chests—I received two of each, which will help me progress them toward Level 5. I’m planning a major purchase at the end of this season, as I’ve managed to accumulate a significant amount of Glint—so stay tuned!

Splinterlands isn't an easy place, but that's what makes it even more fun. A perfect strategy takes into account many factors, including stats, abilities, rulesets, mana caps, and more. That's why it's even more important to consider all these factors when developing a strategy. Add good cards to your deck, but also work on improving your strategies, and strive to win as many battles as possible!🔥

Hive Toolbox updated — Added a new ecosystem list of useful hive dapps and tools that are still actively maintained. Add your app by posting it in the comments.

vikisecrets — Tue, 27 Oct 2026 11:56:15 GMT

There’s another new Hive Toolbox update, and I need your help to keep the new Ecosystem list up to date.

I want the list to make it easy to find useful community tools, like the ones from @louis88.

Also, check the Games list to see which games are still relevant and up and running. I only play Splinterlands now.

I had the idea for the Tools list even before I started developing the CyberSpace77 app. Of course, that’s listed now as well.

And there are more updates. There are now settings to configure the default Hive node and the default Hive app. The default app is used to link posts in search results.

Furthermore, the Hive Toolbox can now also use a custom Hive node that isn’t in the list.

The Hive Post Search app has also received two updates. The search now supports negative keywords (preceded by a - minus) and explicit searches for tags like #deutsch.

By the way, tags can also be excluded by placing a minus sign in front of them. For example, - # n s f w (without spaces).

Regular keywords are still searched for in the title, body, and tags.

Those are the updates for now. As soon as I get around to it, the Toolbox will also be released as open source on GitHub.

Please post any missing apps or games that can be removed, feature requests, and bug reports in the comments.

A simple life and homemade chicken rice served with a papaya and chicken clear soup, using some fresh vegetables from the home garden.

kriang3teejoe — Tue, 27 Oct 2026 12:19:12 GMT

Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. Our autistic son has reached the age where special education schools can no longer accommodate him. As a result, he now stays home with my wife and me every day. Consequently, my wife and I spend most of our lives at home to dedicate ourselves to caring for our autistic son. Lately, so I haven't been planting new vegetables in the home garden as planned. I also haven't been able to visit my family's longan orchard (Approximately 600 meters from the home), so the responsibility there now falls on my mother-in-law and brother-in-law. However, my primary duty at present is caring for my autistic son, whereas my wife concentrates on household chores and cooking. Nothing special happened today, so this post is all about the lunch my wife made using a few fresh fruit and vegetables from our home garden. For lunch today, my wife made chicken rice served with a papaya and chicken clear soup. All fresh garden ingredients used this time include papaya, ginger and galangal leaves.

This post doesn't include the recipes for the chicken rice and the papaya and chicken clear soup, but I am going to share some photos capturing the cooking atmosphere of making them. These may not be all the cooking methods, take a look.

Let’s start with the chicken rice.

Next, let’s take a look at the papaya and chicken clear soup.

These are the stories and photos I want to share for this post. Invite everyone to see and enjoy my stories and photos. Please forgive any errors/mistakes. Have a great day. See you next time. Thank you for your support and visiting my post. Bye 🤗

Splinterlands Ghostly Blacksmith | A High Speed & Ability-Full Magic Thrower

mango-juice — Tue, 27 Oct 2026 09:50:21 GMT

Hello my fellow Splinterlands Warriors,

Welcome back to another amazingly amazing Splinterlands post, and I hope all of you are doing well in your lives and enjoying an awesome day with your loved ones. Now, if you are one of those undefeated souls who are actively engaging in this Web3 card-based strategy game, then I hope you are actively playing in this ongoing ranked season as well. We have only 4 days and 4 hours left before this ranked season ends, so there is not much time remaining to achieve our goals. Now, whether you are trying your best to push further to enter a certain league tier or see whether you can make it onto the top champion leaderboard, I wish you to reach your goal sooner this time.

As for my current game progress, I am playing in the Gold I league with 3870 trophies. I am getting closer to my target, and hopefully, I will be able to cross the 4000-trophy mark before this season ends. The competition can get tougher as we climb higher, but I will keep playing and try to make the most of the remaining time. Now moving on to the weekly raffle, I currently have 9 entries, and there are 6 days and 3 hours left before it ends. My target is to collect between 54 and 57 entries. Last time, I managed to reach 57 entries, but unfortunately, I did not win anything. Still, that is how raffles work, and I will keep collecting entries and give it another try this time.

Today is my 162nd consecutive day of playing Splinterlands, and I received 100 + 25 bonus Sparks from my activity. My total Sparks balance has now reached 24529. Keeping this daily streak alive while collecting rewards is another small achievement and my daily motivation to keep pushing in my Splinterlands journey.

I also opened 8 packs today, which I earned from the mission rewards collected over the last three days. This time, I received 2 Epic cards, 9 Rare cards, including 3 Archons, and the rest were Common cards. Getting two Epic cards and several Rares is a nice result, and the three Archons make this pack-opening session even more interesting.

Ghostly Blacksmith

Now moving on to today's featured monster, let us take a closer look at another interesting monster. As you have already seen in the title above, today we will be discussing Ghostly Blacksmith, a high-speed and ability-full Magic thrower. So, if you are interested in knowing more about this monster and its abilities, then let's take a deep dive without any further ado.

Ghostly Blacksmith is a monster type card that first came into the game with the launch of the newest Extra Edition card set in Conclave Arcana. This is an Earth element monster that belongs to the Undead bloodline. By rarity, it is and a Common rarity. It has a mana cost of just 4, so you can use it in low to medium mana limit matches, or in ones with the Little Leagues ruleset. It uses Magic power as its attack and for such a low cost, it offers a good combination of attack power, Speed and Health, along with five battle abilities that unlock as the card levels up. Since it is a Common monster, you will need 400 BCX to reach its maximum level. Let us now look at its stats and abilities at different leagues.

BRONZE

At Level 3, Ghostly Blacksmith possesses 2 Magic attack, 3 Speed, and 6 Health. Considering that this monster costs only 4 Mana, these are useful stats for lower-mana battles.

INCENDIARY – At the beginning of Round 2 and each following round, applies Burning. Burning has a 33% chance to spread to an adjacent unit at the beginning of each round, then all Burning units lose 2 Health. Burning can be cleansed.

REVEAL – At the beginning of each round, applies Reveal to one Camouflaged enemy unit. Revealed units can then be targeted by direct attacks.

Splinterlands rewards for the Wild format are left in limbo

behiver — Tue, 27 Oct 2026 09:40:12 GMT

I just observed that the rewards for the Wild mode in Splinterlands are left in limbo "COMING SOON. Daily rewards for this format will return in a future event.". As an OG player of the game which I have joined it since its presale, even before the game was playable, such moves simply feel unfair. I have been investing in the game mostly until the Chaos Legion releases and with that I can mostly play in the Wild mode. And now seeing the inequity between Wild and Modern formats while I am here for so long that I can't even remember since 😊 makes me feel revolted from within.

Not only that I need to pay 2,000 DEC for the Wild pass each season, but now all the Daily rewards are suspended. Just tell me how would you feel or are feeling now if you play in the Wild League. I am not saying that there shouldn't be incentives for Modern format and acquiring new edition cards, but that should not be by adding penalties for the OG players. I know that what I am feeling other players are feeling as well and I hope that in the future or whatever will be done after "COMING SOON" will get a more fair system for all the players. One should not feel left behind while supporting this ecosystem for so many years and being around in the hardest moments.

In other ecosystems OG players are even more rewards and their assets are more valuable, but I feel that the direction in Splinterlands is different. That will chip into the player base and only "welcoming" new players or those that buy only new edition cards doesn't seem fair to me. I might be wrong, but I wanted to put this out in case other players feel the same. And not last, in case any Splinterlands team member sees this maybe they will pay a little bit more attention for OG players as well.

Incessant Sage vs Incessant Sage, A Surprising Win

justiceisalive — Tue, 27 Oct 2026 09:47:42 GMT

Hello everyone to splinterlands community. I hope you are well & fine by the grace of Almighty. Eveyone have strength & weakness in splinterlands battle. I am not good using life life summoner Incessant Sage. I use it when I don't have any opiton. Today there was a battle & I could only use the Incessant Sage. I didn't expect the batle to win. Strategy was simple & random. I did't have so much card to use in battle.

This picture created by Chatgpt

It was my good luck that opponent's summmoner was also the same level. It would be hard for me to face higher level summoner in this battle. Summoners were same & the level were also same. The battle was right & fair for me & my opponent. In that battle My summoners and battle units were:

My Summoner	Incessant Sage(level 1)
Opponent's Summoner	Incessant Sage (level 1)

Serial No	My units	Opponents's units
1	Twice Yester Knight	Great Bear Druid
2	Sherringham Logger	Vengeful Monk
3	Vengeful Monk	Sherringham Logger
4	Kanaaq Miner	Kanaaq Miner
5	Hungry Ulund	Lady Amara
6	New Beluroc Aegis	Spellmonger

Max mana Cap: 45
Ruleset: Enraged warriors

Battle with same level opponent was fun & in a fair battle who don't have fun. Same summoner and same level made it a good battle.

In round one, I was a little bit in advantage. Attack together by Sherringham Logger & Vengeful Monk took the Spellmonger card from opponent side.

Second round was draw for two teams. I lost New Beluroc Aegis from my side and my team taken Great Bear Druid from the opponent's team. Nobody got advantage in this round.

Round three was on my side. My unit's took down Lady Amara from the opponent side but I didn't lose any card in my side. It gave me a upper hand in the battle.

In round four I lost my Twice Yester Knight from my side but my units took down Kanaaq Miner & Vengeful Monk from the side of my opponent. It was a solid round for me and gave me the idea that I was going to win.

In round five Sherringham Logger was left only in the opponent side but I had more unit to attack the opponent. I took the card without losing anything in the round.

Without any trouble I got the victory. This victory was not ecpected because I was not good using the summoner. It's good that I got victory & it gave me confidence. Thank you for reading my battle strategy and support.

The Keen of Absolute Preservation | Splinterlands

luckyali — Tue, 27 Oct 2026 09:25:33 GMT

Bound to the swift, we drift where shadows fall,
A hollowed guard behind the master's line.
Our freezing breath unravels curse and thrall,
To keep his hunting weapons sharp and fine.
Touch not the secrets that the general seeks,
Or dread will rise before the chorus shrieks.

Hey everyone thanks for coming in to my post and before jumping into this post please visit my previous post, The Shocking Invention of Lash Stagmuck | Splinterlands. Because there i have shared my favorite water magic attack monster and that is crazy too. You must have that card especially if you are playing daily so please go there. And today it is another magic attack monster that I am sharing.

So as you can see the card is epic water unit and this is 6 mana card. The card has 2 magic attacks, 3 health, 2 speed and bloodline tribute ability. It also has amplify, weaken and invigorate abilities but for that, you have to upgrade the card otherwise you will not get these benefits. It is not recommeneded to use this card at first position because this is low health cards and there is first rule that card must have more health so that it can surive longer at first position. You can upgrade it up to 6 level and for that you need 46 cards. At 6th level, the card has 3 magic attacks, 4 health and 2 speed also all the abilities that I mentioned above. Now let's play the battle.

► BATTLE LINK: https://splinterlands.com/battle/sl_85456b5ca9dab661152be2a8e9fb1e0e?ref=luckyali

So as you can see i have placed cards very smartly. I have utilized that 1 mana card perfectly and that is the main reason foir the winning and second reason is heavy magic attacks that i thrown against the opponent. You can check the full battle just click the above given link and enjoy.

This is my analysis and review of Wailsworn Specter monster. What is your opinions regarding this post and also about this card? let me know in the comment section. Have you ever used Wailsworn Specter? Also consider sharing this post on social media because sharing is most imortant. Have a nice day ahead.

Sponge cake made from chocolate drink

ryanaa — Tue, 27 Oct 2026 11:52:06 GMT

Sponge cake is often a great go-to snack when hunger strikes, as just a single slice can keep you feeling full for longer. Beyond being satisfying, it’s also incredibly delicious—especially for those who love chocolate sponge cake. Today, I’m going to try making a chocolate sponge cake using a pre-packaged chocolate drink; I’m quite curious to see how it will turn out!

Usually, I make sponge cake using a mixture of egg whites and cocoa powder, but this time I’m doing something a bit different: instead of cocoa powder, I’m using a powdered drink mix—a simpler version, in my opinion.

I saw this flavor on social media a while back, and now I’m going to try making my own, simpler version of it.

This sponge cake that I made is very suitable for your snack at home. For your children's playmates, you can also serve this sponge cake because usually my children often bring friends to their house so for their snacks I usually make various kinds of sponge cakes that we can make and of course the sponge cakes that we make ourselves are much tastier and much healthier than the ones we buy outside because we know what ingredients we put into them.

Curious? Well, just follow the steps that I will share in my post today.

materials used

2 eggs, 250 grams of wheat flour, 1 sachet of powdered chocolate drink mix, 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon of margarine, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, and chocolate sprinkles (Ceres) as needed for topping

Preparation procedure

**Firs** *** First, I broke two eggs, then I added granulated sugar and stirred until the sugar dissolved, no need to let it expand, just until the sugar dissolved.

**Second** *** Then, I mixed the chocolate drink into 4 tablespoons of warm water and stirred it until the powder dissolved; next, I added this to the beaten eggs and stirred everything together again.

**Third** *** Next, I add one portion of sweetened condensed chocolate milk, a small pinch of baking powder, a tiny bit of baking soda, and 3 tablespoons of cooking oil.

**Four** *** After all the ingredients were mixed evenly, I put them into a mold to steam.
