God Almighty is always doing great things in our Lives and we should be bearers of good fruits and make him happy. God is doing extremely wonderful things for us all they are all good and marvelous in our eyes and we in one way or the other should try always to reciprocate his love by doing those things in which would make him happy by God's Grace and Mercy.
‎The vineyard of the Lord is the house of Israel. Lord's vineyard is a great place that is the house of the Israelites like the psalmist proclaimed.
‎We should always pray without season. Prayer is a great key in our Lives. We should always bend down in prayer to the author and finisher of our Christian Faith.
‎Our skills, Money, children are given to us by God not ours we should always take good responsibility and be accountable for everything as w hope to see him face to face in heaven 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏. Everything we have are really not ours we are to know that and do what in which we are supposed to do that is great and do it with all sincerity. Let's try and really bear that in mind and that in which we should do. Accountability really and we should always be accountable in one way or the other

I felt like signing up next year… or before I turn 50, or when I do 😂

I spent some time yesterday at Bacuranao Beach, east of Havana, where the 3rd Triathlon Open Challenger took place in the Masters category. And this time, unlike the previous ones, it was a team event. I took some photos and short videos there, which I later edited to keep the memory of this day and share it with you. You’ll have to imagine the swimming 😅 because I couldn’t go there before dawn… 😂… so by the time I arrived there was no one left in the water. The event started very early.

This Sunday wasn’t short of adventures… afterwards I went with two friends to Cojímar, the little coastal town where Ernest Hemingway lived and wrote his novel The Old Man and the Sea. I had two beers there in his name and in mine too, because it’s been quite a hectic week. On the way back we decided to go to Casa Blanca and take the little ferry to cross the Bay. I documented that a bit as well.

In short, my friend Bianchi and I added more kilometres this Sunday. There’s a trip planned for next weekend that I really wouldn’t want to miss, I’m quite excited about it… we’ll see what happens.

[ENG-ESP] Everything is going to be ok 🌸💜

It is well said that after the storm comes the calm. Last night there was heavy rain that caused flooding in several areas of Bilbao, so when I was thinking about my walk today I didn't know whether to take a different route, even though walking near the Estuary is exactly what I like to do. But when I left the house, around noon, I found a radiant day and people on the street eager to enjoy it. Anyway, I took the metro to go down to the city center, thinking that some streets might still be closed due to last night's contingency.

When I arrived at the Casco Viejo, almost everything had been cleaned up and there were many people walking and many shops open. I went towards the Paseo del Arenal to see if there was anything left of the Sunday flea market, and there was more than I thought! From the square I began to notice the scent of flowers, and I saw several people returning with their bouquets, so I hurried over and found quite a few book, gift, jewelry, and flower stalls open. I walked around there for a while, enjoying the good Sunday atmosphere by the estuary as always. I also took the opportunity to buy a little gift for a girl I'll be doing a letter exchange with this month.

On the way back, I did venture through the small streets, and look at everything I found.

Sublime Sunday: The Morning Walk with a Purpose

Hello Everyone, Today morning, when I went on the morning walk, it was a beautiful day to begin with bright sunny day and the sun about to rise, the warmth, early morning, the sun rays pouring on Mother Earth in the most beautiful way, brightening up the whole atmosphere and bringing everything to life...so beautifully.

Early risers, like me, want to be with Mother Nature and enjoying it's marvelous beauty, about to start my stroll, for the morning walk, amidst so many health enthusiasts and #nature lovers, yoga practitioners and several young children playing games on a Beautiful Sunday morning in the most sublime way making life full of happiness, joyfulness, love care, attention and overall well-being.

While I was gradually walking along with exercising, this man must be around in his 70's gradually tried to catch up with me with a mature smile just like wanting to pass a compliment and probably feeling like about to start a casual conversation on anything about #life.

I was getting those friendly vibes.

I too in return gave a smile and felt that I too should reciprocate in a manner which he too would appreciate, as a kind gesture.

I paused for a while for him to catch up with me.

Me: Hello! Good morning, how are you!?

Him: I am fine thanks! how are you!? It's a bright beautiful day and we all are here for a purpose.

Me: I mean... for a purpose!? Sounds interesting.

Him: Of course, yes, we all are here for a purpose.

A purpose graciously design by the #God Almighty. To be here, understand the reality of life and and live our lives to the fullest.

This is the realistic agenda...rest everything is immaterialistic. Holds, no value, if your health is compromised, and ironically how many would actually understand that!!!

Me: Of course you will have to do ample of efforts to make that happen. I mean without any efforts, nothing comes to you and no purpose is solved at all. Good Health is definitely first and foremost. Rest... after that!

Him: We all are here with our own purpose and agenda and our individual perspectives, but despite being such diverse we all rome around the same place that we all are destined to. Isn't this a miracle. In reality our hidden path is already chartered. We are just following it.

Feel it deep inside and think this on to the otherworldly level, only then you will be able to grasp it and understand it.His expressions said that all.

It was a super casual conversation that was getting deep, very very deep and making me think...how come this started, first of all... probably because it was destined to.

We sat for a while on a bench in the #garden and I was deeply engrossed, carefully listening to the amazing conversation of this gentleman, who possibly from his own experiences about life, and me being courteous enough, poured out his heart on the whole, to just make it more meaningful.

It felt like another dimension, literally like another dimension being portrayed by an expert and I was an avid listener, just like nature was indicating to gain wholesome experience and knowledge gain from this gentleman, whom I had just met couple of minutes ago, or possibly an hour ago and this transformation was happening deep down inside, on the spiritual level.

It was an experience of interesting and intriguing journey to another cosmos. Seriously...I mean it. Truly divine.

Just like me, he too loved being with the flowers, seeming them with abundant curiosity, love and affection. Touching them gently to get that magnificent feeling that definitely brings joyfulness inside out.

Sublime Sunday - The views

Last weekend I mentioned about my staycation experience at Kempinski, here in Muscat. The stay was fully sponsored and we had a very good time. When life gives freebies, make the most of it. During the day we spent our time by the pool and relaxed for some time in the room. Later in the evening, me and hubby went to the beach. The hotel is beach front, so there is direct access to the beach. It's not a private beach though, but it's very clean and not much crowded.

This hotel is located in a township, so the beach does not have access to everyone, but the people who live in that township do have access to it, hence the crowd is comparatively lesser than the other city's beaches. It's a beautiful property, architecturally very well created. Looking at it, you feel it's all about luxury and nothing else.

We got a free stay here, but the good part about some of these hotels and resorts in Muscat is that during summer they come up with some very good offers for staycations. Even big places like these roll out good offers and they are worth grabbing. Me and hubby normally take these offers and visit these places often. I feel, why not, if I get to enjoy this luxury at less than half the price of its normal value then I should.

‎🌽 A Day on the Farm: Fighting Weeds and Harvesting What We Could

‎It's a sublime and beautiful Sunday and a visit to the farm with my family.

‎There is something special about visiting the farm with family. It is not always about getting a huge harvest or doing something extraordinary. Sometimes, it is simply about being together, getting your hands dirty, and seeing the result of the work you have been putting in.
‎
‎I recently visited my farm with my brother and my sister, along with her child. The main reason for the visit was actually work. The weeds had become a serious problem around the maize, and they were beginning to compete with the crops for space, water, nutrients and sunlight. We had to do something before the weeds completely took over the farm.
‎
‎So, we went there prepared to spray the weeds and give the maize a better chance to grow.

‎While walking through the farm, I could see that the weeds had really spread. Some areas were almost covered with them, making it difficult to move around. We got to work, carrying the sprayer and carefully applying the weed control treatment where it was needed.

‎But while doing the work, we discovered something that made the whole trip even more interesting.
‎
‎Some of the maize was already ready for harvesting.

‎We decided to pick some of the mature cobs. It was honestly satisfying to hold those fresh maize cobs in our hands after seeing how the crops had grown from the beginning. There is a different kind of happiness that comes from harvesting something that came from your own farm.

‎Unfortunately, not all the maize was in good condition. Some of the cobs had fallen to the ground, and because the rains kept coming, some of the fallen maize had actually started germinating. Seeing maize sprouting from the cobs was both surprising and a little painful. It reminded me that farming is never completely predictable. You can plant, care for your crops and still have nature make its own decisions.

‎Still, we were grateful for what we were able to harvest.

‎Beyond the work itself, I enjoyed having my brother and sister around. Having family members together on the farm made the experience feel less like a task and more like a memorable family day.
‎
‎By the time we were leaving, we were tired, but I was happy.
‎
‎The farm still needs plenty of attention, and there is more work waiting for us. But that is farming for you—patience, effort, unexpected challenges, and small victories along the way.

‎And sometimes, those small victories are exactly what keep you going.
‎

Obedience to God Almighty

‎When a sinner returns and turns to the right path he is forgiven but when a righteous Man leaves his path that is sin w pray to always continuein the right path in Jesus Christ Mighty Name Amen and like the Israelite not always blame others for things but take personal responsibility and be humble 🙏🙏🙏. We are Children of lights and should always behave as that and do that in which is good in the sight of God Almighty. It might not be easy but really we keep trying and hoping for the best in Life.
‎Rejoice in the Lord.
Happiness and Joy should always be in our mouths always we in all should always be joyful and give praise and Thanksgiving to God Almighty for everything.
‎Obedience to God Almighty is really good like the son in the Bible we should always do that in which we are supposed to do 🙏🙏🙏.‎The first son said that he would not do what his Father has sent him to do but later did it whereas the second one said that he would do it but did not do it. Who in turn did the will of his Father. In all it is the First one that did the will of him Father. We should always be steadfast and do that in which we are supposed to do with it without anybody even telling us that in which we should do.

We should try to do what we are supposed to do as we keep hoping for the best.

[ENG - ESP] Sublime Sunday at the Museum 🌅

🌸Sunday is a good day to go to the museum. However, next time I would go earlier to be able to spend the whole afternoon there and take my time seeing everything.

🩵El domingo es un buen día para ir al museo. Solo que la próxima vez iría más temprano para poder pasar toda la tarde allí y verlo todo más lentamente.

🌸My godmother and I went for the first time. I know, living in Bilbao and never having entered the Guggenheim before 🙄 makes no sense. I guess I took it for granted, I always knew it was there, but I don't regret it because today was the perfect day to discover it.

🩵Mi madrina y yo fuimos por primera vez. Lo sé, vivir en Bilbao y nunca antes haber entrado en el Guggenheim 🙄 no tiene sentido. Supongo que lo di por sentado, siempre supe que estaba allí, pero no me arrepiento porque hoy fue el día perfecto para conocerlo.

🌸The entrance fee cost us only 9€ each because the temporary exhibition was about to leave. Now we know that Sunday is an excellent day to go because they might be closing an exhibition and there will be a discount on the ticket price.

🩵 La entrada nos costó solo 9€ cada una por estar a punto de irse la exposición temporal, ahora sabemos que el domingo es un excelente día para ir porque posiblemente estarán dando cierre a alguna exposición y habrá rebaja en el precio de la entrada.

🌸Just by walking in, we realized that the space itself is a work of art to admire. Yes, the Guggenheim isn't just beautiful on the outside. Furthermore, the atmosphere invites you to calmly enjoy every space, every gallery, every artwork. Having some lunch and then going to spend the afternoon there is an excellent plan, whether alone or in company.

🩵Solo con entrar pudimos ver que el espacio mismo es una obra para admirar. Sí, el Guggem no es bello solo por fuera. Además el ambiente invita a disfrutar calmadamente de cada espacio, cada galería, cada obra. Es un excelente plan almorzar algo y luego ir a pasar la tarde allí, solo o en compañía.

🌸And among these photos I'm sharing with you, I hope I don't reveal too much in case you want to go soon. There were several temporary exhibitions and I don't know which ones were staying and which ones were leaving soon, and I'm showing you very little of the permanent ones.

A Little Break and a Beautiful Sunset (ENG/GER)

Sublime Sunday - Sept.27, 2026

Good evening, everyone!

I am glad I was finally able to take a little break from household chores. I have been quite busy these past few days because I am expecting visitors from Munich and London. They are sisters, and both work as registered nurses. I wanted to make sure my flat was comfortable and welcoming for them, so I had quite a few things to prepare.´

One thing I had been meaning to do for a long time was rearrange my furniture. In fact, I probably should have done it when I moved into this smaller flat six years ago. Somehow, I kept postponing it. After my husband passed away in 2022, there were simply more important things to deal with, both here in Vienna and in Spain. Now that everything has finally been settled, I feel that I can breathe again and start thinking more about how I want to spend my time alone as a retiree.

I have a quiet and simple lifestyle, but that doesn't mean I am bored. I am active on a cultural and social platform where I meet new people and make new friends. I enjoy joining different activities there, including sports, dining, and cultural events. It has been a nice way to stay active, meet people, and add a little variety to my everyday life.

I also love cooking, any food I could think of like this chicken I pre-roasted today made me have more time for other chores in the next days.

Still enjoying my little balcony garden 🌱🍅

I am also still tending to my container plants on the balcony. My eggplant, which produced only one fruit, has finally been harvested and cooked. Some of the tomatoes have already been picked, while others are still hanging on the plants, waiting to ripen. I honestly didn't expect them to produce much because I planted them rather late in the season. Still, nature had other plans! They grew and produced fruit, and now I am expecting to harvest the remaining tomatoes in the next few days.

And then… the sunset!🌅 A little while ago, I stepped onto my balcony to check on the plants, and I was suddenly greeted by a spectacular sunset. Of course, I immediately grabbed my phone and started taking pictures.

📱 It reminded me of the sunsets I used to enjoy in Spain. When I was living there, we had an incredible 360-degree view from the top of the mountain, so beautiful sunsets were almost an everyday experience.

Here in Vienna, I don't often get to see nature quite like that. Perhaps that is why this particular sunset caught my attention so much. It appeared unexpectedly, right in the middle of an ordinary evening. Sometimes, the most beautiful moments are the ones we don't plan for. It was a beautiful reminder that even in a quiet and simple life, there are still little surprises waiting for us.
And that sunset certainly made my evening beautiful. ❤️🌅

Ein schöner Abend auf dem Balkon.
In den letzten Tagen war ich ziemlich beschäftigt, denn ich bekomme Besuch von zwei Schwestern aus München und London. Beide arbeiten als diplomierte Krankenschwestern. Ich wollte meine Wohnung gemütlich für sie vorbereiten und habe dabei auch gleich einige Möbel umgestellt – etwas, das ich eigentlich schon vor sechs Jahren hätte machen sollen.

Nach dem Tod meines Mannes im Jahr 2022 gab es einfach wichtigere Dinge zu erledigen, hier in Wien und auch in Spanien. Jetzt ist endlich alles geregelt, und ich kann wieder etwas mehr an mich selbst denken und mein Leben im Ruhestand genießen. Ich habe ein ruhiges Leben, aber mir wird nicht langweilig. Über eine Kultur- und Freizeitplattform treffe ich neue Leute, gehe essen, mache Sport und besuche verschiedene Veranstaltungen.

Hello Everyone, I get fascinated to all sorts of flowers, instantly. There is something so very special about them, the way they have been beautifully, artistically and aesthetically created and crafted, they are definitely bound to get ample of attraction and keen attention from all nature lovers and flowers. I am an avid nature lover.

Quite often, I don't feel like expressing it in words but one beautiful feeling within myself and my heart that always keeps me fascinated towards them in the most wonderful manner, always continues to evolve and explore more and more about these amazing creativities.

Ranunculus aka Persian Buttercup

Structurally, anatomically and morphologically they are different from each other and remarkably distinct, vivid and vibrant in such a manner that each one of them has abundant attraction power to grab your keen attention instantaneously to goes them such is there magnificent beauty that is outstandingly marvelous.

Coreopsis flower, aka Goldenmane Tickseed

I don't know why... but I really feel like being with them, feeling them, touching them, being in their company, for infinite time, but... Alas!!! I have my own obligations and compulsions and other commitments to carry out and met with. Though my heart is always with them.

Despite the fact, I would still love to be in their company enjoying and cherishing their splendid beauty...till eternity and forever... under the deep blue sky and find solace.

I find it really hard to put it into words and explain how wonderful feeling it is being with them. The unique characteristics and absolute distinctiveness of Lilies is truly fascinating. You got be really surprised it being so different as a flower so artistically created with its trumpet shaped Spathe. Awesome!!! Super Awesome!!!

Gazania rigens aka African Daisy aka Treasure flower

How interesting would that be, if I tell you that you got to learn how to automatically release your good hormones naturally by being in their company and enjoying it, resulting in your overall good mental health and overall well-being. That distinct pleasant feeling can do lot of wonders for your mental health and overall well-being all you need to is ...practice it.
The vibrant, sunshine yellow is energizing and rejuvenating.

There is no doubt that flowers in your life can bring abundant charm and graciously beautify your surroundings which can elevate your mind, body and soul eternally. The fabulous bright colours bring amazing charm, energy and charisma all around.

Every beautiful flower is a marvelous representation of how mother #nature creates magic with its art without spilling even a single drop of colour and creating marvelous creations that has the ability to please the humanity and the entire mankind for all good reasons. All you need to do is experience it with kindness and gratitude. Each one of them is outstandingly marvelous and unique in its form, shape, style, pattern and characteristics.
