Nutritional value and delicious experience of sweet ripe papaya for children.

I am starting my post today with the wish of good health to everyone. I hope everyone is doing well with their families and are healthy. Today I have come to you with a different type of post. Honestly, I really like posting about different types of food items. It is always a pleasure to share experiences especially about fruits and nutritious food. But today's post is completely different.

My son was sick for several days. Due to illness, his taste in his mouth had decreased a lot. At that time, his father bought some fresh papaya for him from the market. Honestly, papaya is very good for the stomach and it makes digestion very easy. Its health benefits cannot be exhausted. Papaya contains a lot of vitamin A, C and professional nutrients which work great in increasing the body's immunity. Eating papaya during illness or in a healthy state keeps the stomach very cold.

When his father brought papaya from the market, it was quite raw and hard in nature. We left it at home for a few days so that it could ripen naturally. When I cut the ripe papaya yesterday, I was really happy to see the inside. The inside of the ripe papaya was a bright red. The papaya was as beautiful as it was sweet. To be honest, the papaya tasted delicious.

Anyway, I felt very good after cutting the papaya because it was very sweet and juicy to eat. My son had not eaten anything properly for a few days due to his illness. But after cutting this sweet ripe papaya, he ate it with great interest. My child ate the papaya quite satisfactorily, which made me happy as a mother. When children recover from illness and eat any fruit or good food with joy, the whole family likes it.

We all know that the sweetness of natural fruits is much healthier for the body than artificial sweeteners. The natural fiber and enzymes in papaya help in faster digestion. It is very effective in keeping young children healthy and eliminating constipation problems.

Anyway, everyone will pray for my children so that they are always healthy and happy. And all of you will try to include papaya in your daily diet. Whether ripe or raw, eating papaya is very good for the body. On the one hand, it is very nutritious, on the other hand, it is also delicious. You should also regularly arrange such fresh fruits for your family members.

The Power Up Game || Just powered up some Hive.

Today I have come to you with a new power up post. To be honest, I really like powering up on the Hive platform. Because through power up, I have the opportunity to increase my capabilities as well as strengthen my position on this platform.

I have been working on this platform for a long time. So I know how important power up is here. Realizing this importance, I decided to gradually increase my Hive Power. I have a specific goal and am constantly trying to achieve that goal. Insha Allah, I hope that one day I will be able to reach my desired goal.

Today, to maintain that continuity, I power up 24 more HIVE. First, I select 24 HIVE from the HIVE balance in my account. Then I complete the power up process using my active key. After the whole process is successfully completed, my account's Hive Power has increased compared to before.

A bustling market filled with the noisy atmosphere of the night and the soft light. A hardworking man is selling various types of products sitting in a small space on the side of the road. This is not just a simple sale but a real picture of the struggle of life.

After the daylight goes out, people of all classes flock to such mobile shops. Various necessary and hobby items are arranged in this small space of the sidewalk. Looking at these products, spread out on the ground or arranged in small boxes, you can understand how many struggles people have to face for their stomachs. The light-dark environment around and the busyness of people in the distance make this scene even more lively.

These ordinary people make up a large part of our country's economy and culture. A piece of unfamiliar busyness on the roadside

How many diverse scenes are hidden in the combination of nature and urban life around us. Sometimes, while walking or when you suddenly glance at it, you come across some figures that speak a lot silently. The heavy machinery abandoned on the side of the road or resting in between work is just like a reflection of silence.

The picture shows a strange environment bright in the sunlight. An old and rusty heavy bulldozer stands on the edge of the road. The huge iron plate in front of it tells about its long working history. Another yellow excavator is seen standing next to it. A blurry atmosphere of various moving vehicles can be seen in the distance. In the soft light of nature, these heavy iron machines seem to have taken on a different artistic form.

This rest at the end of work makes those who spend their whole day fighting in the dust and devoting themselves to building the country's infrastructure or cleaning the roads truly feel like they are at peace. People return home to relieve fatigue, but these huge mechanical monsters stand endlessly waiting for the next day's battle. Sugarcane juice on the roadside in the coolness of the night is a different kind of tranquility

When the surroundings become calm after the busyness of the day, the fun of wandering around in the light and darkness of the night is different. Especially to relieve the fatigue of urban mechanical life, the mobile sugarcane juice van standing on the sidewalk or at the intersection is like a haven of absolute peace. It is very nice to eat the moment of eating cake. These small joys make the journey of life more beautiful and colorful. Whenever you are sad or a special moment comes, putting a piece of delicious cake in your mouth instantly removes all the fatigue.

Today I am sharing with you one of my favorite foods. This is Wonder Kheer Cake, which is as tempting to look at as it is to eat. Right after opening the packet, a kind of beautiful sweet aroma starts coming out of it, which increases the appetite for food. The pieces of cake are so soft and fluffy that you want to eat it just by looking at it. Especially when you get such a soft cake with afternoon tea, the chat seems to be lively.

In our busy lives, such light foods play a very wonderful role in taking a breath of relief between work. Eating cake alone or with loved ones is different. The memories of eating that cake as a child are remembered again. The light sweet taste of kheer creates a wonderful feeling in the mouth. I believe that this cake will be great for those who love sweet food.

I was fascinated by the colorful artificial flower hair bands at the market.

This evening, I went to the market. As I was looking at various things in the market every day, my eyes suddenly caught sight of a vendor sitting on the side of the road. He had beautifully arranged hair bands, clips, and various interesting headwear made of artificial flowers of different colors. From a distance, they seemed very beautiful to me. After seeing them up close, I liked them even more.

There were various types of hair bands made of red, yellow, pink, white, and many other colors. The flowers look so beautiful that at first glance, you might think that they are made of real flowers. Especially for those who like to decorate their hair with flowers, these kinds of things are really great. When you wear them on your head, it will feel like a bunch of fresh flowers are arranged in the hairpin or band. Even though they are artificial flowers, their beauty can easily attract anyone's attention.

I was quite fascinated by them. When I came here, I realized again that such beautiful beauty can be hidden in even small things. Sometimes in our daily lives, even very simple things are enough to make us feel good. I also felt the same way about these flower bands.

However, one thing is that even though they were sold on the sidewalk, their prices seemed quite high to me. Usually, we expect that various things can be found at relatively low prices in sidewalk shops. But here the seller was asking for a very good price. I also started bargaining in my own way. He was also trying to keep the price of his products down. All in all, it was a very fun moment during the shopping.

In the end, I bought one for myself and another beautiful hair band for my daughter. It is a joy to buy something for myself, but if I can buy something for my daughter, that joy increases even more. I thought, my daughter will definitely look very beautiful if she wears this flower band. I can also use it in my hair by taking the opportunity.

The most interesting thing is that since the seller had many types of flower bands, several buyers were also flocking to see them. It seemed that his sales were also doing quite well. In fact, people are always attracted to beautiful things.

At the end of the day, these two small things bought from the market remain a beautiful memory of joy for me. Not all joy comes from big things. Sometimes, even buying a small gift for yourself or a loved one can bring a lot of joy.

Nutritious morning food: Soaked chickpeas.

This morning, I started my day by eating a bowl of soaked chickpeas. Actually, I soaked the chickpeas in water last night so that I could eat them easily in the morning. This morning, I woke up and mixed a little onion and salt with the chickpeas and ate them. The food is as simple to look at as it is delicious to eat. Honestly, I liked it quite a bit after eating it.

The reason behind eating this food is a beautiful suggestion from my wife. She always takes care of my food and wants me to develop the habit of eating nutritious food along with my daily meals. Her wish was that I should occasionally eat soaked chickpeas in the morning. Because chickpeas are a nutritious food that we know, which helps provide various nutrients required by the body.

Honestly, many times, we cannot pay enough attention to our food due to busyness. However, it is possible to develop a good habit by adding some simple and nutritious foods to our daily diet. Chickpeas are one such food. It contains vegetable protein, dietary fiber and various minerals. These help maintain the normal functioning of the body. Especially the dietary fiber of chickpeas helps in keeping the stomach full for a long time.

Anyway, as per my wife's advice, I tried soaked chickpeas this morning. The taste was also quite good due to the addition of onion and a little salt. Such a dish can be prepared in a short time without much preparation. I liked it quite a bit. I felt quite alert throughout the day. Although the body's performance depends on sleep, rest and overall diet, it was still a good experience for me to be able to eat such nutritious food at the beginning of the day.

I think that good advice from family members can bring positive changes in our daily lives. My wife also told me about a good habit that I want to follow from time to time from now on. However, it is important to wash the chickpeas well and soak them in clean water before eating them. Those who experience flatulence or discomfort after eating raw soaked chickpeas can eat boiled chickpeas.

Overall, I really liked this morning's meal. Those who like to eat chickpeas can soak them overnight and eat them in the morning.

🐎 A beautiful moment of seeing a horse on the afternoon path 🌿

I went out for a walk in the afternoon. While enjoying the nature around me, I suddenly saw a beautiful brown horse. Seeing the horse standing next to the dirt path surrounded by green grass, my heart was filled with joy. I felt again that such a scene in nature can bring so much joy.

The brown color of the horse's body and long beautiful tail easily caught my attention. With his head lowered, he was looking for food around the grass in his own way. Looking at his calm posture, it seemed as if he was immersed in his own world, away from the busyness around him. I stood for a while and watched his movements and thought to myself that every animal in nature has its own beauty.

We often travel far away to find beautiful moments. However, there are countless beautiful scenes spread around us that touch the heart if you look at them with a little attention. Seeing the horse in this simple afternoon walk was such a joyful experience for me.

The horse was well-adapted to the dirt road of the village and the surrounding greenery. The color of its brown body next to the green grass made the picture more attractive. Looking at the scene, it seemed as if nature had arranged a peaceful and beautiful moment with its own hands. If you can spend some time in such an environment, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and the daily hustle and bustle, the mind really finds peace.

I believe that the joy of life is not always hidden in big events. Sometimes the beauty of a flower, sometimes the call of a bird, and sometimes even seeing such a harmless animal up close, can bring a lot of joy.
