It feels like I’m moving back and forth, through time.

TGI Friday fam. Looks like we’ve made it to another end, of another week. Cooler days and darker skies as we rise in the late sixes. If I don’t start these mini-essays early enough We’ll be late for work. You know where we work right? At the playground. We fashion our fitness training as employment. The payoff is a more energetic, more efficient vessel. The starship Noxsoma.

We’ve recorded some tracks in the Street Studio about the perception of time and why it seems to move quickly, or drag on. No spoilers, but we did postulate a dumb-guy hypothesis. The best aspect of our “science” is that it only has to work for Us. Meaning The Trinity. However, sometimes initial ideas can serve as a stepping-stone for others.

Here’s an abstract example. Your humble vagabond philosopher has noticed that whenever we Zeta, Mu happens. Mu helps us do better Deltas. The curious reader thinks, “Never thought of it that way.” And gives Zeta a chance. They don’t get the same results, because of different environmental factors & forces. So Mu doesn’t show any measurable improvements. But Nu improves.

“What’s this, then?”

Turns out the clever reader had just about given up on Nu, because some podcaster or the other has been talking about, for example, “Nu cannot be enhanced if one has lived a certain amount of years.” As if the Nu function knows to shut down at age whatever. So the reader gets her “Nu on,” and is happy. Six months later, our intrepid reader is complimented on her Mu.

Turns out, she’d been so focused on Nu, she didn’t notice Mu. The theory being that Nu had to be activated to benefit Mu.

It’s one of those, “You can’t get there from here,” type situations. Like, if you want to visit a European capital but there are no direct flights from the US, and you must fly to Lisbon to get to Istanbul, or something like that.

We’ve had this experience when it comes to exercise. Maybe a candidate wants to do hanging leg lifts from a pull-ups bar, but they can’t grip the bar. They must first improve their grip and as the grip improves the forearms become stronger and more efficient. Not only does the grip on the bar improve, but so does the grip on the dumbbells, barbells and kettle-bells. The weights can be held in the hands longer, more reps can be done, definition improves in the arms. Vessel becomes stronger. More impressive.

There’s no substitute for time. We must put in the work.

We will be on the road in November, but it will be late November. Whenever we travel, We’re always sure to have at least ten days of Full Metal Ox Episodes prepared, posted and ready to release, automatically, so that our lovely viewers don’t miss a day. This means, because we want to keep continuity in the series, that we are going to push our monkey-bars and grav-straps segments two weeks into the future.

Why this feels like moving back and forth through time.

When mouth says a date, subconscious accepts that date as the date. Today, for example, We’ll be pushing the monkey-bars segment all the way into Friday the 13th of November. While doing the monologue, “psyche” will be on Friday the 13th. If we don’t consciously return to October 23rd, we might forget.

Legendary baseball player, Satchel Paige is quoted as asking, “How old would you be if you didn’t know how old you are?”

Not everyone on the planet is as anal about counting birthdays as Americans, and not everyone starts the age count at birth. Korea used to have a very complicated method, (to Americans at least), of calculating age. South Korea, in 2023, reformed its method of calculating age to the so-called, “international age system.” Even age is political. But that’s another pathway.

Time is one of those human “discoveries” that spark debate. Discovery? Or invention?
In our Simulatrix, we perceive time as a non-thing thing. It’s eternal and infinite, and probably shouldn’t even be called, “time.” The measurement of movement, is the, “invention” side. The tether. Because not long after humans created a way to measure the ineffable, they also found a way to bind us to that which does not exist.

And, that’s my time.

Numbers are the gateway to truth. While this is an opinion about the gateway, the truth of numbers is absolute truth. They never vary and they never waver. Ever.
There’s a type of number called a “perfect” number. The number is equal to the sum of its parts. The first perfect number is 6. The second perfect number is 28. We’ve gone over this before, so if you want to know more about perfect numbers, ask your bot.
What we find fascinating about the first two perfect numbers, is that 6 is the basis for the number of degrees in a circle. Take the 6, square it, and multiply it by 10, and you get 360. The circle is what a lot of mythology, especially concerning time, comes from. It’s not simply a coincidence that 360 has 24 divisors, including 1, and itself, and there are 24 hours in an Earth day. (Even though the mathematics doesn’t align in [real-life] time.) Numbers are simply a guide for nature.

Larger perfect numbers exist, but are not useful in measuring time. Besides being perfect numbers, they all follow specific laws. Without getting too deep into the mathematical formula, every perfect number ends in either 6 or 8. And every one, except 6, returns to digital 1, by way of 10. It can be no other way. Take 2+8 you get 10. 4+9+6=19, 1+9=10.

In cosmic terms, for your humble Cosmic Representative, this seems like the origin of some cosmic truths, especially the idea of everything being everything and returning to the “One.” Every number sequence begins with One. Even if you’re counting by 2s, 3s, 7s, One is implied because it’s “Unity.” Regardless of the length of the string of the perfect number, (however many numerals), when you add them together, they will return to digital one, by way of ten.

From many one. This is also balance. This is also infinity. Humans get twisted over infinity. It simply means never ending. In, means “not.” Fin, means “finish.” Where many humans get this “truth” twisted, is in the idea of starting. A first cause. They look at not finishing in one direction only. They don’t mind putting zeros behind a one, but when it comes to putting a “decimal point” and an infinite amount of zeros in front of the 1, that’s when they look for a “beginning.” And when they can’t find it, they make it up. They call it God, a “First-Cause,” or a “Big Bang.” And just like that annoying kid that keeps asking, “What happened before that?” Your imagination runs out of answers. And they fall back on “mysticism.”

For your boy, numbers hold the key. They are infinite and they have always been there. There may or may not be a species on this planet that does not use numbers. We suspect that animals may use frequencies that can be reduced to numbers, for communicating, building, and perhaps even flying. Or maybe it’s only humans. Since we recognize numbers, we reduce everything to numbers. We look for repeating cycles and patterns… and exceptions. 6 is the exception to, “all perfect numbers returning to digital 1.” Pi, may be the exception to the idea that number sequences form patterns. However, my inquisitive nature keeps telling me that there’s a limited number of combinations that can be formed from base numbers 1 to 9. Maybe the pattern of Pi is hidden within the sequence.

There are several patterns hidden within the Fibonacci sequence. There’s a pattern that begins to repeat after 60. Base 60. Perfect number times completion. Who knew? 60 seconds in a minute, 60 minutes in an hour, 3600 seconds in an hour, 3600 Earth orbits around the sun, as compared to a single orbit of the Annunaki planet Nibiru? Just a little bit too perfect.
Anyway… for your boy, numbers have been a gateway to truth. If numbers are the “only truth” in the Universe, that’s okay with Me.

Paris Burns. This is not analysis. (noxsoma.substack.com)

This activity, call it as you see it, (protests, riots, revolution, uprising), has “spilled over” into Italy as well. Also Brussels, Belgium, home of the EU Commission. As well as in Spain, particularly the capital Madrid, and Valencia. And Germany.

Of course the multi-faceted decline of Europe can be distilled to a single cause. Immigration. But not, for example, Ukrainian immigration. It’s “Muslim” immigration. In typical European fashion, their bigotry is encoded and they are the “victims.”

France is the pretty one in Europe’s “mean girl posse.” The world can dis Spain, Italy, Germany and even Belgium, but if you touch so much as a hair on France’s “pretty little head,” well, the media is gonna show you what for!

Meanwhile, back in Ithaca, New York, the Cornell soap opera has just about vanished from our news feed. A quick check-in finds that “controversial” case remains in the investigation stages, however there has been no significant mainstream media coverage for two weeks. We don’t predict. Rather we calculate. With the US mid-terms coming and Europe burning, Cornell will likely fade from view. This is not a commentary on the incident itself, but of human interests and attention spans.

Be careful out there.

Convergence Day.

Convergence Day.

Salutations beautiful spirits.

Today is one of those rare days for the Full Metal Ox media “empire.” We call it “Convergence Day,” because all three of our series are posted and available today on the channels. Only the Full Metal Ox Daily episode is on Substack however. Every 85 days these episodes converge.

Here’s the quick rundown.
Full Metal Ox is daily.
Full Metal Ox Long Plays post every five days.
The Hepdekad updates post every 17 days. They are basically vibe-checks. How’s the vessel doing? how’s the show going? Stuff like that. The Hepdekad and LPs are for humans who prefer a longer full length experience. Each runs a half hour in length, and you do get more information about your humble vagabond.

Also today the Moon enters Pisces and every time that occurs, it’s 3 days of abstinence for your boy. It’s just caffeine, sugar and meat that we’re giving up. The caffeine is the trickster. There’s only been one time since March of 2026 that we have not suffered a headache due to lack of caffeine.

We don’t train on Wednesdays, but we’re training today. The forecast is, bright skies, cool temps, in the upper 70s today. We can’t pass this up, especially since rain is expected tomorrow.

Got to be flexible.

We made it to the new neighborhood park yesterday after the rain fell in the AM.

We had this strange feeling of anxiety yesterday. These episodes present in the vessel as “rushing.” Something, probably Ego, feels some kind of deadline looming. Of course there is none. So We say, “don’t rush.” And remind Ego, (always the scapegoat), that we always arrive exactly at the proper time to arrive. It can be no other way.

The vessel seems to be healed up from yesterday and we can go down to the monkey-bars and hit the legs today, and recover on a Thursday for a change.

We Changed the Simulatrix

We Changed the Simulatrix

There was no manual for what we wanted to do. We probably would not have read it, or followed it, even if such a thing existed. It’s only been maybe since this millennium arrived, that yours truly started consulting and following the assembly instructions that come with the item. We tend to assemble things backwards. It’s a gift. For this level of the “social media” thing, a practice was developed and an order maintained.

Super Power Tuesday. Flex’em up mi gente. Today is the day to strike your super-power pose, recite your super power mantras, and allow no one to penetrate your super-power aura.

The production process is basically, go outside and record some thoughts, ideas and observations as we’re walking to the market, the gym… when we were going to the gym, or the monkey-bars. Post production consists of editing, cleaning up the audio, that is, removing all of the ambient street-noise, dropping a little reverb into the audio, and then making the video collages for the audio. Then we assemble an episode, including editing for time. They are not 11 minutes 11 seconds by accident. Insure that we have all the pertinent numbers and dates correct. Then create an album cover. Also known as a “thumbnail.” Then we are ready for distribution.

We are still somewhat amazed that we can accomplish all of this on a device I’m attempting not to refer to as a “phone.”

Then we schedule the releases on three of the four platforms that host the Full Metal Ox series, (including Substack as of October 18th). We can upload to the platforms from the device. In fact, it’s more efficient to upload from the mobile, than from the laptop. Go figure.

We used to write elaborate descriptions of the episodes and whatever superfluous thoughts came along, but we got the impression that no one was reading them, so we dropped them.

As a side note, here’s something we noticed about, what we call, “gifts.” When gifts become products, most, if not all of the joy is drained from them. Writing and talking are maybe the only two of our gifts, bestowed by Universe, that have not been ruined by “formal education.” We may still benefit from some basic art/drawing lessons. If we go that route at all, it will be purely for pleasure, because AI can render most anything humans can imagine, or so goes the hype.

Today is the 2,060th day of what we’re currently calling the, “Vagabond’s Journey.” Translated that means we’ve posted at least one video every day for 2060 days straight. Plus some specials and experimental pieces. This is something both Ego & Universe agree that we can put out there to the audience.

Next step, is “promotion.” Simply announcing, for those who have resisted the call to subscribe, that a new episode is available for mental & visual consumption.

This is the part that brings us to the point. Since we started posting episodes directly to Substack, we don’t have to link the stack to outside channels. That saves several steps in the process. We notice the gaps. We are grateful for the time saved, however… I don’t know about anybody else, but when your boy gets into a pattern and that pattern changes, more so when something is missing rather than added, it throws us off a little bit.

For example, this is the final month of Hurricane Season, we mention this because today it’s raining. We haven’t had any fierce hurricane’s this year, if any at all. Indeed the search-bot just confirmed, “there have been zero hurricanes in the 2026 Atlantic hurricane season so far.” We have, however, had a lot of rain and your boy has been caught in many a downpour in 2026. Anyway, it’s a monkey-bars workout day. That’s four hours, including travel time, that the vessel will have to spend inside today. We can, should and probably will, workout inside today. We have light weights and we can always do push-ups. Maybe we’ll even record it for next week’s episode. Furthermore, if the sun does make an appearance today, we have the newly renovated neighborhood park 5 minutes away, that we can access.

We’ve mentioned several times, your humble vagabond is a “patterns guy.” We recognize patterns, but we also behave in patterns. We don’t acknowledge this very often. Nonetheless we are impacted by pattern-interrupts. On the upside, today’s weather yielded this little essay. We know, (gnosis knowing), that whoever finds this will get something valuable out of it, because it was meant for you to see, digest and grow from.
