___

Sometimes the opinions of others create moments in life that break us in two and we will never be the person we were before living them, this happens when something that we believed deeply true for some circumstance stopped being true.

I think few things confront us as much as discovering that we were looking at our own life from the wrong perspective.

That there were signs that we did not know how to interpret, truths that we did not want to recognize or people to whom we attributed qualities that perhaps they never had. And guilt appears: how was it that I didn't realize? Today I want to tell you something, I have done, I have wanted, and dreamed, everything I have dared to do, therefore, we cannot demand from the person we were yesterday the understanding we have today.

It is very easy to look back with the information we now know and judge our decisions, our hopes and even our naivety. The difficult thing is to have enough compassion to recognize that, at that moment, we were doing what we could with what we knew, with what we felt and with what we needed to believe, attending to the opinions and intrusions of others.

That's why there are experiences that change us so much. Because they not only change what we think about others, but also what we understand about ourselves. They force us to review our expectations, our limits, our needs and even the reasons why we did things that we don't understand today.

___

‎‎We can always return to our original form. I mean that version of ours that laughed heartily, that got excited about the simple, that dreamed big, without calculating too much. That person did not disappear. That person in your mental album may be hurt, tired, even hidden under layers of pain or fear... but he's still there. When we go through a crisis we feel that nothing will ever be the same again.

That sadness erased joy forever. We convince ourselves that happiness is a place that was lost on the map, but our essence never leaves. I mean that we are deep down, what belongs to us and does not depend on anyone, is still intact, waiting for us to meet again.

Sadness clouds, but does not destroy. It's like a storm covering the sky, the sun ceases to be seen, but it never ceases to be.

And the same thing happens with us.

Even if we recognize ourselves today, even if we look inward and feel that we are no longer the people we were, our original form is still stored there, waiting for us to embrace it again. Let's look for shelters of voice and listening. Let's talk to that person with whom we always come back a little lighter. It's not weakness: sometimes a conversation is also medicine.

To return to what connects us with the music we loved. Walking in the sun. To write what we feel. Laughing with someone. Move the body. Go for a walk, stretch, take a deep breath. Because when the body starts to move, many times something inside also starts to unlock.

And, above all, let's make memory. Memory of everything that a sadness cannot take away such as our ability to love, our creativity, and way of looking at the world, our resilience, everything that ever made us feel deeply as we are. Sadness may change our shape for a while, but it can never erase us from our mental album.

Sometimes, we forget and we need to remember

We can always re-experience that there are relationships that feel more like a constant examination than a place of calm. If nothing we do is enough, if we carry wounds that are not ours, if we keep silent to avoid conflict and still the instability does not go away, our relationship is an unsafe space. To cling to the promise of "this is going to get better” is to omit that the future is built in the present. A healthy relationship does not require you to annul yourself to fit into it.

I want everything you do in the year 2026 that is still to end to mark you beautiful moments and to stir you internally to be better people is my wish for all of you in this very loving and loyal community

___
___

‎True courage and bravery are at home: in our partner, children, who see our example with unconditional support and in the values we sow every day. Starting a family is not about looking for a perfect life; it's about choosing each other, taking care of each other and continuing to build together even on the most difficult days.

Over the years I have understood that one of the things that most determines the health of a couple is not how easy or difficult each other's family is, but how clear the boundaries that protect the relationship are. There are many intense families. There are families who give opinions, ask questions, give advice without anyone having asked them for advice and, from time to time, even convene an extraordinary meeting to discuss matters that frankly do not belong to them... At least it has happened to me.

But when we are a solid couple we do not need to isolate ourselves from our families to protect the relationship. From experience with more than 47 years as a couple, we just need to learn to differentiate love from interference.

In fact we can be loving children with our parents without allowing them to decide for my partner. We can even be present brothers without turning our brothers into permanent advisors of our relationship.

We can have children, an ex, or an ex, traditions and a complete family history... and still know that there are decisions that belong exclusively to that new "we" that we are building. I think that's the adult way to love: not forcing our partner to compete for a place that should be clear from the beginning.

In the end, the problem is rarely that the family has opinions. We all have opinions and, besides, they are free, so people distribute them with an impressive generosity. What we really need to observe is what we do as a couple with those opinions.

It is true that you do not marry with your whole family, but definitely if you marry with the ability or inability that person has to set limits. And that difference can completely change the story of a relationship.

Shared life demands something more difficult than love: the will not to run away from the rift. To sustain the discomfort of knowing that there will always be something that is not completely adjusted. It is easy to forget it when we idealize; it is more difficult to sustain it when imperfection becomes everyday, where it is easy to lose our way and feel that attention is scattered among notifications, digital noise and daily worries.

Pointing at another for his mistakes is not useful when we face a conflict, accusing is useless, what will always help is each one to take charge of his part, of what he contributes so that they are stuck at a point that does not allow them to move towards their dreams
And the only way to do it consciously is by taking time to self-regulate, return to peace, and ask forgiveness for what everyone has done, because your behavior is your responsibility

Good day everyone🔅

It's what we let in, in a time of shallow thinking we believe that everything is the “law of attraction”, that everything goes through some strange form of magic without realizing that it's more about our decisions than about the smell of incense.

The problem starts with the wrong questions How to stop attracting X thing? Why do I always get people like that? Since for sure it does not always depend on us what comes into our life, in fact it is quite difficult to control it. Inconveniences do not arise when someone unsuitable comes into our life, it all starts when we give him access and that's where the heart of the matter comes. Something or someone becomes problematic when you give them access, when you pay attention to them believing that they will be different or without realizing the impact they can have.

When we realize that more than blaming the universe for our bad luck, it's about recognizing that only what we allow enters our life... then things change, because that's when we can start to sharpen our gaze.

What led me to allow this to happen? Why didn't I choose something else? What happened that I didn't realize? These questions are usually much more constructive. And yet, they have their exceptions.

People with mental disorders can lie, disguise their true intentions and deceive us. Without it being “our fault". But, as I always say, beyond the guilt, it's still up to us to see what we do with it. Sometimes we see someone reacting in a way that seems exaggerated to us and we quickly draw the conclusion: ”This one is making a drama."

‎What if it turns out that we are missing a piece of history to understand it? Because you put together complete movies with two pieces of information and even fight from there, convinced that you know them all. Let's not get distracted by judgments, let's focus our gaze on our evolution. Dreams can come true, if, we have the courage to create them with enthusiasm and passion. I don't mean to say that we should “sweeten” things and not say what is wrong. It is rather about understanding that when saying certain things there is often more than honesty, sometimes someone is simply upset and wants to make it noticed. In others you even have the desire for the other to feel bad, but we are already on a terrain that is not that of “the truth”.

When facing human conflicts we must remember that it matters not only what I want to say, but how I say it. When we release a "truth” without measuring its impact, without becoming aware of what we can generate, we are part of the problem. Look, I know people who have worked very hard to give a good life to their family, but when they finally have time to share with her, their children have grown up, their parents have aged and the couple's relationship has been waiting for attention for years.

If, having meditated or filtered things, maybe the other has things to process is his business. But let's not say the first thing that comes to our mind thinking that by doing so we are only being honest.

___

But we can plant something different. What if the injustices that outrage us today were also showing us what we need to change?

For example, and it has happened to me when a friend betrays us, and we do not receive the recognition we deserve, we are denied an opportunity or we see that those who do harm seem to get away with it, it is inevitable to ask ourselves: where is justice?... Oh, my God... because life is not always fair and justice can take time and we don't always see the consequences of our actions. But there is something that is in our hands: to decide what we do with what outrages and disgusts us from those... False and treacherous friends...

We are living in times of political and social upheaval, and also, I like to think that chaos also exposes what no longer works, what we can no longer tolerate and what we need to build in another way. Because getting outraged can be the beginning, but it's not enough... At least, for me it's not.

If we reject corruption, let us build integrity. If indifference hurts us, let's practice empathy in presence and not in absence. If we don't want to keep repeating the same stories, let's dare to do things differently. In the face of every injustice, there is a self-question: what can I do so that what I reject stops repeating itself?

Because there are moments in life that break us in two and we will never be the person we were before we lived them, this happens when something that we believed deeply true for some circumstance stopped being true. I think few things confront us as much as discovering that we were looking at our own life from the wrong perspective.

That there were signs that we did not know how to interpret, truths that we did not want to recognize or people to whom we attributed qualities that perhaps they never had, and guilt appears: how was it that I didn't realize?

Today, I want to say something,... we cannot demand from the person we were yesterday the understanding we have today... It is very easy to look back with the information we now know and judge our decisions, our hopes and even our naivety.

The difficult thing is to have enough compassion to recognize that, at that moment, we were doing what we could with what we knew, with what we felt and with what we needed to believe.
That's why there are experiences that change us so much. Because they not only change what we think about others, but also what we understand about ourselves.

They force us to review our expectations, our limits, our needs and even the reasons why we did things that we don't understand today. Over the years I have learned that all painful experiences give us the possibility to become better people. As long as we do the work with those experiences that we live.

It is one thing for life to hurt us and quite another is what we decide to learn from that pain. I am convinced that one of the most profound ways to grow is to allow an experience to change the way we look at the world, without letting it take away our ability to trust, to love and to start over.

Before the end of this year, to find out where I am and what is happening to me. Knowing a lot is fine. Knowing how to do with what you know, that's where the chocolate is whipped. When I was at university, I noticed a big difference between the professors who had practiced their profession and those who stayed in theory. And well, the theory is fundamental! There are things that we need to study, understand and analyze. But there is an interesting gap between knowing how something is done and actually doing it.

That's why I've never been a big friend of accumulating certificates to leave them collecting dust. Every year I try to update myself, learn something new and add tools. But then comes my favorite part: giving myself the time to integrate, test and put into practice what I've learned. Because, let's be honest, what's the point of filling our head with information if we don't turn it into action?

Today, after so many years of experience, I am proud to be able to bring much more than knowledge to organizations: I bring experience, tools and learnings that I put to the test every day.And among the clients with whom I have the privilege of working, I always accompany their Human Resources, Marketing and Marketing teams by the hand. With them I live closely how the passion for service ceases to be a nice phrase and becomes decisions, actions and daily work.

And that reminds me of something I deeply believe in: Knowledge gives us tools. Practice gives me criteria. And execution is what turns all that into results. I support others to find the useful thing behind a mistake.

Because many times we live believing that we don't have permission to make mistakes, that others shouldn't make mistakes either. That a mistake defines us, and to make a mistake is to go back.

And maybe we need to look at the error from another place. Because a mistake can be the starting point for learning, questioning, adjusting, discovering and growing. Because to be wrong is also deeply humano. The question is not always, how could I be wrong?

Sometimes the question that transforms is what can I do with this that I learned? That's where the really useful part of the mistake begins. Not in denial. Not in punishing him. To turn it into an experience.

Because not every mistake needs an excuse. Some need a good read and a better decision afterwards. No matter how old we are, or how much we have changed our roadmap, we can always start over with intention. This current month is still progressing and I'm getting ready for a new challenge, it's a challenge that tickles my stomach, not to say that it scares me. But I also know that I can prepare myself to give my best and put affection and professionalism to everything I do.

Fear is not always a signal to stop. Sometimes, it is the sign that we are about to grow, review our goals and decide we want it to happen from here on out.

___

When we talk about mental health you matter, but you are not the only one who matters. And I say this because most of the messages you will see about mental health go in this direction: take care of yourself, think about yourself, dedicate time to yourself.

Although all this contributes to your mental health I want to talk about something a little more uncomfortable... Without the other, without protective environments it is very difficult to have good mental health... That is, we also need the support of those people who care.

But the position of waiting for others to take care of us is more comfortable than that of taking care of others. Let's think about mothers, grandmothers, fathers and people who take care of children, teenagers, older adults...

These people are key to protecting the mental health of those who are most vulnerable, and usually no one thinks about how they feel.

We are left with the idea that these “super-caregivers” can handle everything, that nothing affects them. But, I promise you that they are burdened, they suffer and many times they can't even express it. That is why today the invitation is to look beyond ourselves, that is, to think that to have good mental health the environment matters. And with this, I do not want to deny in any way that the environment influences our possibilities, because it does. But there are many times when what hurts the most is not an objective fact, but the need to feel accompanied.

Taking a step happens first because you are willing to take it... Then the journey will surely take many turns, but without that decision nothing else will happen. Take care of yourself, but without forgetting the important thing of taking care of the other, especially those who take care…

Recently, I did a race at this point in my life, and especially in recent months, it represents a gigantic challenge due to the lack of accumulated kilometers and time to invest in myself. Lately there is almost no space for friends, for my tastes or rest; there is only to attend to the urgent, fulfill old commitments or seek to recompose myself personally and professionally, especially after 06/24, the earthquake in my country Venezuela. But that doesn't mean that I've completely abandoned myself or that I don't want to try as many times as necessary to return to being the one from before, or to return to that version of me from a few years ago from these struggles. Although, to be even more honest, physically I will not be at my best today, but emotionally and humanly, I am certainly much better today than yesterday.

That's why that wise phrase comes to mind: “Everything has its moment.”

Maybe these are the days to exercise more that beautiful and deep muscle that is the heart is like spirit. And yes, I had a lot of fun! Catching the joy and euphoria that are born from the passion for running, partying and well-being is the ultimate. Any motivation is valid when it comes to cultivating happy moments that stay forever in the memory.

Running goes far beyond physical exertion; it is a contemplative practice that trains the mind, heals the emotions and strengthens the soul. When the will is tested by running, we cultivate a clear purpose that transcends the goal. It shows us that we are capable of overcoming fatigue, embracing our abilities and transforming discipline into self-love.

Being constant in the midst of adversity makes us better people: more empathetic, resilient, aware and considerate. Even if sometimes I can't handle everything... That's why it's always good to take care of the one who takes care.

___
___

This costume is born from my desire to represent pure and eternal praise.

Why? Because the seraphim have six wings and fire, and the cherubim are pure tenderness, they also dwell in the divine presence, worshipping without rest, and my intention would be to project a flash of that light and devotion in this edition since I am deeply inspired by the connection with the sacred.

Being part of that infinite chorus reminds us that gratitude should never be extinguished.Joining the choir of the seraphim and cherubim is not a distant act; it happens every time we decide to give thanks, and I do it every dawn when I wake up I breathe and open my eyes, and the cherubim guard the wisdom of the universe, so that the seraphim burn in an eternal song of love.

In the same way, to be part of that infinite echo is to remember that gratitude is the fire that keeps our souls lit and connected with the sacred.

___
___
The design of this particular costume is worn by one of my daughters, it's a white tunic-type dress, it's beautiful with golden details and spectacular wings... The makeup is her art, it looked spectacular on her. It seems to me that for this Halloween, it's a fantastic idea to look like a warbler in the sky.

I am captivated by mythology and celestial iconography. A being that exists solely to sing in an eternal choir is, for me, the most beautiful metaphor of dedication and passion for art, and creation.

Through this proposal I seek to capture the sublime and transcendental beauty: more than an angel, it is a manifestation of funny, creative, tender and enthusiastic light.

___

I was, am and will be hyper-vigilant.And today I can say it without shame and without wanting to change who I am. Because hypervigilance was also a way of learning to be attentive, to read the world, to anticipate ourselves, to take care, to perceive what others did not see.

And yes... hypervigilants bring good things to the world. Too good, I would say. We have a special sensitivity. An enormous capacity to perceive, accompany, sustain, create and protect.

Having said that, and still being extremely attentive, I didn't accomplish everything I set out to do this year, and yet, I feel like I grew more than ever. I started this year with a lot of certainty, and growing doesn't always mean doing more.

Sometimes it means doing better and making what we do is really meaningful. This year I had several personal commitments, it was about giving continuity to my projects to achieve the objectives. The original plan I had was not fulfilled. And, oddly enough, I feel satisfied with the unrealized.

I decided along the way, in my process to put my focus on accompanying some of my most important clients in strategic and transcendental objectives for this year, still in progress.

I decided to relax my gait in the face of the rigidity of the road. The priorities on the checklist impacted on the quantity, and that is also to grow.

Today I understand that exponential growth is not always measured in the number of clients, in projects or things to be done. It is also measured in the quality of what has been achieved, and in the significance of what we have managed to transform.

Therefore, if there is something that makes me feel really proud is to be able to tell those who trust in my projects is that my greatest credibility is in the results achieved by the people I advise. I think the best strategy in the end is when to know how to change the plan so as not to lose the purpose.

It's about being connected to the source of who we are. Of the rest, in the hiding place where we are no one will be able to suck our light. There is a gift, there is a something, everyone can already see that in you, only if you dare. Without immediately feeling that we have to give it back, and without thinking that someone expects something from us in return. Because receiving is also a way of trusting. This is a journey. It is not solved overnight. And as we go through it, I deeply thank all the hypervigilants that exist around us.

How lucky to have them. But also how important it is to learn to take care of each other. Because those of us who have learned to take care of others for so long also need to learn something new to let them take care of us, and perhaps that's where another way of living begins to choose flexibility, and to act not from alertness, but from trust without controlling or imposing.

___
___

We believe that an extraordinary life has to look extraordinary. That has to be noticed. That has to provoke admiration.

But over the years one begins to discover that there are lives that look spectacular on the outside and feel empty on the inside.

And there are also simple, silent lives, without too much exhibition, which are filled with immense wealth. To have peace of mind, and not to live running. Being able to rest without guilt. To feel loved without having to win all the time... Ahhh and having the freedom to choose.

We often confuse luxury with wealth. I think that growing up is also that, it's to stop asking ourselves how much something is worth and start asking ourselves how much it costs us emotionally. There are things that do not cost money and come out very expensive, such as relationships that drain us, exhaust us, places where we no longer want to be, expectations that force us to become someone we are not.

And there are others that seem small, but end up being immense: a quiet afternoon, an honest conversation, a bed where you sleep in peace, an existence that you don't need to justify. I want that kind of abundance today.
‎
‎For me, a truly luxurious life has much more to do with deciding how I want to live, with whom I want to share my days, what things I am no longer willing to tolerate and, above all, who I want to be, while I still have time ahead of me.

The real luxury is not to get a life that impresses others. It's about building a life that we don't want to escape from.

And of that I do want abundance. A lot... because extraordinary things come disguised as everyday life! . Sometimes, to discover something greater, you have to have the courage not to cling to what we already know. In this very idealized world, I came to think that I was weird for thinking exactly this way.

Where social networks are showing false eccentricities, and they show everything that is precisely not happiness. I prefer to always return to the simple because for me it is the luxurious as physical and mental health. I feel like a millionaire every day because I do what I want, I have peace and calm in my soul, I sleep shamelessly well, I dedicate time, I eat what I like, I can pay my fixed expenses and I have something left over for some expenses ants, I am outrageously a billionaire. I have learned to live with the just and necessary today they call it minimalist mode, because I will not take the material with me when I die.

The most precious thing we have is the now and being alive to share it. Sometimes we drown in the future and forget to live in the present. No one knows what fate has in store for us. To start what there is to be alive. That includes us too.

If we are going to think about death, let's think about the day when we can leave without anything pending to forgive or to be forgiven. It is the only thing we can do to earn the kingdom of heaven and leave a mark on those we love immensely, so I can say for sure that the best luxury in my life is to have good health!! Healthy children!! And family love...
‎
Janitze 🦋
