Amanqae: café romántico y cultural [Esp/Eng]

Hello, hello, friends! I hope you're all doing great. Today, I want to share a little tour of Amanqae Café, located on Jirón Ica in Lima's Historic Center. And let me tell you, this place is a true hidden gem, full of art and culture!

The colors, the little details, the flavors, and the aromas make you want to stay and chat for hours. I've visited this café twice, and both times I was tempted to try their realistic fruit-shaped desserts. Maybe next time! 🤭

One thing I absolutely love about this place is its colors. I'm currently in my green mood 🌿💚, so seeing this color in spaces like this, beautifully combined with other shades, makes me really happy.

On my first visit, I tried a club sandwich, and during my most recent visit, I was treated to a cup of hot chocolate. ☕ I was genuinely surprised by how rich and intense the cocoa flavor was. You could tell they were using quality ingredients, and that definitely earns them another star from me! ⭐

On the walls, you'll find charcoal drawings, photography, paintings, and plenty of authentic Peruvian art that invites you to learn more about the country's history and the artists behind each piece. 🎨🇵🇪

I already can't wait to go back because this café is such a cozy, peaceful spot right in the middle of all the chaos of Lima's Historic Center. 😅

Hola, hola amigos espero que se encuentren super bien, hoy quiero compartirles este recorrido que hice en la cafetería Amanqae Café, y ubicado en Jirón Ica, Centro de Lima.
Y es que es una verdadera joya, llena de arte y cultura.

Los colores, los detalles, los sabores y olores de este lugar te invitan a quedarte platicando siempre. He visitado este lugar en 2 ocasiones y en las 2 ocasiones he estado tentada a comer los postres realistas de frutas. Quizá en una próxima ocasión.

Algo que me gusta de este lugar en definitiva son los colores, estoy en mi mood verde 🌿 💚 así que verlo en espacios así como este combinados con otros tonos realmente gusta 🤭

En mi última visita me invitaron un chocolate caliente ☕ y me sorprendió muchísimo porque sí que estaba fuerte el cacao, se notaba que era con productos de calidad. Y por eso le doy otra estrella ⭐

En las paredes puedes encontrar obras db carboncillo, fotografía, cuadros y mucho arte autóctono del Perú que te invita a conocer más de su historia y de sus autores

Ya quiero volver porque es una cafetería muy cómoda y tranquila en medio de todo el caos del Centro de Lima 😅

Hello, horror lovers! It's been a while since I last ventured into the depths of this beautiful, beloved little cave. However, every Halloween, I can't help but remember all the experiences and stories from this spooky corner that I bravely brought to life one day.

I'm getting sidetracked again. 😅 Anyway, I wanted to share a simple Halloween makeup idea with you. I decided to recreate a skull look, although I'm definitely not a pro at this!

I did this makeup for my clothing store's livestreams, and since we're embracing the Halloween spirit, I took the opportunity to try out this look.

And now I'm feeling the urge to dress up again! 😆 Let's see what I come up with this time.

Una tarde por Huanchaco, Trujillo [Esp/ENG]

Summer is approaching in Lima 🇵🇪, and that always reminds me of my beautiful hometown, Cumaná, and its beaches. But today, while looking through my photo gallery, I realized I hadn’t told you about Huanchaco, a coastal area in Trujillo, Peru, where the weather was absolutely lovely.

I had the opportunity to travel to Trujillo this year, specifically in May, and we stopped by Huanchaco. For a moment, I enjoyed the scenery so much 🏙️ that I completely forgot how cold it was! 😅

There’s a pretty popular bar in the Web3 ecosystem located on this beach called Instabar. The project "Motiv" (https://www.instagram.com/reel/DZFi-TrRMNn/?xtok=cHp3NmZsc3JuOGJi) has organized various activities in the area to promote adoption through creative, beach-themed, and really interesting experiences.

What makes this bar stand out is the Bitcoin logo on its façade, making it a meeting point for blockchain technology enthusiasts visiting Peru. ₿🌊

Without a doubt, Trujillo has earned a special place in my heart. This visit and the beautiful ocean view felt like a much-needed hug. I hope to return soon! 🫂☺️

Se acerca el verano a Lima 🇵🇪 y eso siempre me hace recordar a mi Cumaná bonita y sus playas. Pero hoy estaba viendo mi galería y descubrí que no les conté sobre Huanchaco, una zona de Trujillo que también es costa del Perú y su clima fue tan bonito.

Tuve la oportunidad de viajar a Trujillo este año en mayo específicamente y pasamos por Huachaco. Por un momento disfruté tanto el paisaje 🏙️ que olvidé por completo el frío que estaba haciendo. 😅

En esta playa hay un bar bastante popular en el ecosistema web3 llamado Instabar ya que el proyecto Motiv ha realizado diferentes actividades en la zona impulsando la adopción pero con formatos playeros y muy interesantes.

Lo cierto es que este Bar llama la atención por el logo de Bitcoin en su fachada, siendo un punto de encuentro para todos los amantes de la tecnología blockchain que visitan el Perú.

Sin duda alguna, Trujillo se ganó un espacio en mi corazón y esta visita y vista al mar fue un abrazo que necesitaba. Quisiera volver pronto 🫂☺️

The third week of October 2026 has already come to an end, and I'm so grateful for everything this past week brought me! I made my way back to a Web3 event to talk about Hive, and I still owe you all the story behind that experience. 😉 Coming in my next post!

The truth is, I was looking through my photo gallery and noticed there's a lot of white! I wore this color quite a bit this week, and I love it. I feel like it brightens up my face.

I also had some opportunities to enjoy delicious food, and to top it all off, I ended the week with a little dessert made by yours truly. 🥰

Even though we’re exploring new areas of life and you’ve seen me being a little more absent from social media than I’d like, especially when it comes to talking about technology, we’re still Web3 girls. 🤩

This year, I’ve been participating in communities across Peru and making room for new users to gain visibility and have their work recognized.

I’ve really enjoyed working as a social media manager, and it’s been interesting to highlight the work others are doing. It had been a long time since I last stood in front of an audience to talk about adoption and opportunities for women in the tech ecosystem. So, when I received an invitation from Web3gals to represent them at a Stellar event, it felt great to reconnect with that side of myself.

The gender gap in technical environments like hackathons is still striking. This particular event was a hackathon, and female participation was less than 20%. There were barely three or four women in the room taking part.

That’s why I’m still happy to contribute my little bit to encouraging more women to get involved and, above all, to feel confident and safe doing so. 🙌💜

Because it’s also about opening doors, sharing opportunities, and showing that women have so much to contribute to the tech ecosystem. 🚀

La brecha de género en entornos técnicos como hackatones sigue siendo impactante. Ese evento justamente era una hackaton y la participación femenina no llegaba ni al 20%. En la sala apenas habían 3 o 4 mujeres participando. Así que me sigue dando gusto poder aportar mi granito de arena para que más chicas se animen a participar y sobretodo se sientan seguras de hacerlo. 🙌

I'm in my entrepreneurial era, and this 📈📉 journey has been incredibly enriching. But it's also been a journey of experimentation. And no matter how hard the road gets, I'll keep trying.

I fell in love with baking as a way to support my mental health, and I stayed when I realized that with my own hands, I could make someone's journey a little sweeter. That's how Anela was born: as a way to express myself and connect with others through flavors.

However, I recognize that I'm not yet at a point where I'm ready to pursue baking as a serious business. I started by exploring, playing around, and daring to try new things. But right now, my health comes first, and this type of business requires a lot of energy and dedication. I'll keep learning and exploring this field, but I've also added a new chapter to my entrepreneurial journey.

I've always dreamed of having my own clothing store 🥰, and now I'm taking my first steps toward making that dream come true. We're just getting started, and I truly believe everything will work out with consistency and discipline. ☺️😎

There's an opportunity to better understand users, identify the obstacles they face, and connect Hive's existing capabilities with real-world needs. That means recognizing what we can directly influence, which challenges require collaboration across the ecosystem, and which factors are shaped by broader economic conditions.

That's why, at HiveCreators, we want to revisit some of our assumptions about the value Hive brings to everyday internet users. Instead of focusing only on how to attract more people, we want to understand what motivates someone to participate, which experiences deliver meaningful value, and why some users stick around while others leave. We also want to explore opportunities for creators, communities, developers, and people who may have little interest in cryptocurrency itself but could still benefit from applications built on Hive.

We believe this process should start with research, observing real user behavior, and continuously learning from what we discover. Listening to different perspectives, studying use cases, identifying barriers, and measuring outcomes can help us build better-informed initiatives. Rather than relying entirely on visibility metrics or growth projections, we want to understand what actually works, what doesn't, and why.

Going to the bank is a necessary evil, and dressing comfortably is non-negotiable. A few months ago, my boyfriend gave me his white shirt because it had gotten a little too small for him. So, I’ve been experimenting with wearing it as a light layer over a breezy outfit.

Honestly, I loved this look! I feel like wearing white brightens up my face. To be honest, I didn’t wear any makeup for this occasion. I just applied a little lipstick, and that was it.

And here’s a little story: I decided to bring the shirt along as an extra layer “just in case” because it was so hot when I left home. But bringing it turned out to be the best decision! I didn’t need to bundle up too much, and I didn’t end up feeling cold either.

The outfit underneath the shirt consisted of a lace crop top and a black lace skirt, paired with comfortable, breezy sandals and my black handbag. 🙌 A complete casual look! 😁

Ir al banco es un mal necesario y vestir cómoda no es negociable. Hace meses mi novio me regaló su camisa blanca porqque ya le queda un poquito pequeña. Aaí que he estado experimentando usarla como una capita o una prenda que usas sobre un conjunto fresco.

Bueno realmente este look me encantó siento que cuando visto de blanco se me ilumina el rostro. Sinceramente no me maquillé para esta ocasión, solo me apliqué un poco de labial y listo.

Y les cuento esto como anécdota decidí llevar la camisa como capa "por si acaso" porque cuando salí, hacía mucha calor. Pero lo mejor que hice fus llevarla, ya que no hizo falta abrigarme demasiado ni pasar frío.

El conjunto que usé debajo de la camisa era un croptop de encaje y una falda negra de encaje + unas sandalias cómodas y frescas. Y la cartera negra 🙌 Un casual look completo 😁

Insert an excited scream because LOOK AT THIS BEAUTY! 😍

I’m very passionate about the things I love, and in 2024 I discovered Arcane, the series based on the game League of Legends. And personally, I connected so much with Jinx’s story. Uff, talking about this character brings out ALL the feelings in me.

Jinx is that girl who is so broken that she destroys everything in her path. She pretends to be the bad guy — and sometimes she really pulls it off — but we know so much of it comes from her trauma. Anyway, does she have questionable behaviors? Absolutely. But I love the way her story portrays someone so impulsive and intensely emotional. 😍 So, I will always be Team Jinx.

But anyway, this was a gift from a friend who ordered it from Temu, and the case is absolutely gorgeous. I especially love the painted details 🥰 Everything looks really good quality, and it cost a little less than $5.

Of course, I had to do a little photoshoot with my Jinx Funko! 💙 Even though I’m not a huge fan of Jinx’s color palette, I still feel like I want to keep collecting things related to her. 🤭

I might have to buy another case. 😅

Inserte grito de emoción con esta chulada de case. Yo soy muy apasionada con las cosas que me gustan y en el 2024 conocí Arcane, sí la serie basada en el juego de Ledge of Legends. Y personalmente conecté muchísimo con la historia de Jinx. Uff es que hablar de este personaje me mueve todo.

Jinx es esa chica que está tan rota que destruye todo a su paso y que se hace la mala -en ocasiones lo logra- pero sabemos que es parte del trauma. En fin, tiene actitudes cuestionables claro que sí. Pero la narrativa de ser tan impulsiva y arrebatadamente emocional me encanta 😍 así que seré siempre team Jinx.

Pero ajá, este fue un regalo de una amiga que lo pidió por Temu, y el case está precioso el detalle de la pintura 🥰 y todo se ve de muy buena calidad y salió un poco menos de $5. Por supuesto hice mi sesión de fotos con mi Funko de Jinx, aunque no me encanta la paleta de colores de Jinx, igual siento que quiero seguir coleccionando cosas de ella 🤭 Posiblemente compré otro case 😅

**🎃“Halloween 2026 with art and stories!”🎃**

The most important month for the horror community has arrived – the month when witches, zombies, the dead, and the most famous and iconic horror characters in history come to life, particularly through their stories. A month in which horror and mystery are ever more present, and where, by the end of it, anything can happen, right up to the dead rising from their graves or spells coming true.

But on this occasion, for Halloween 2026, I’d like to broaden the scope of what we can bring to the community. There are mostly stories, but I want to encourage any kind of imagination or creativity related to the theme. Therefore, as long as the theme is maintained, there will be a great deal of freedom to participate in this initiative, ranging from stories, visits to decorated venues or streets, to art inspired by pumpkins, zombies, witches, and so on.

It doesn’t have to be perfect, it’s not as though a drawing of a witch or Dracula has to be a work of art on a par with that of a famous painter, but what I’m looking for is for you to have that freedom to create. All crafts are welcome.

In many cities around the world, Halloween is celebrated in one way or another, with events or venues featuring decorations. Photos of these places or even of shops are fine, and you can even create a story using a photo you’ve taken. Remember, creativity is key. I really value that.
